Founded by Abraham Kwon, Raymond John, and Thu Pham, Cà Phê Roasters is the first and only Vietnamese coffee roastery operating in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. Offering single and multi-origin coffee primarily sourced from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian regions, Cà Phê’s mission is to bring people together as inspired by the common Vietnamese expression, “dị ứng cà phê.” 

Founded by caterer, baker and personal chef, Kyle Cuffie-Scott, Darnel's Cakes specializes in fresh cupcakes and cakes, brownies, cookies, savory sandwiches and salads. Turning his passion to purpose, the chef honors his late cousin, Darnel Scott, by sharing his love of cooking and baking while raising awareness about HIV/AIDS. Darnel's Cakes also supports local and national organizations that are at the forefront of fighting the virus, disease, and/or associated stigmas.
